Custom Work Disclaimer
Because many products are custom in nature, finished designs may vary slightly from inspiration photos, sketches, or reference images while maintaining the agreed overall style and theme.

 

Allergen Disclaimer
While we strive to accommodate allergy-related requests whenever possible, products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. Olivia’s Oven LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

 

Right to Decline Orders
Olivia’s Oven LLC reserves the right to decline any order request at its discretion prior to order confirmation and payment.

Pickup and Post-Delivery Liability
Once an order has been picked up or accepted by the customer or their representative, responsibility for handling, transport, storage, and any resulting damage transfers to the customer. Olivia’s Oven LLC is not liable for damages occurring after handoff. Outdoor heat, humidity, and transport conditions may affect decorated products, and Olivia’s Oven LLC is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions after pickup.
