My name is Olivia, I am originally from Jasper, AL but I now live in Springville, AL with my husband! I started helping my grandmother bake as soon as I could stand on a step stool and reach the counter. I found a love for baking throughout the years but never imagined I would want to make a job out of it. I originally was in nursing school and was over halfway done when I realized that was just not where the Lord was calling me. I had no clue what I was being called to but I knew God would show me when the time was right. I started working at Nichols Nook Coffee Shop and I still work there through the week and absolutely LOVE it! After my husband and I got married in March I started baking a lot more and people around me noticed how much I loved it. I was encouraged by my family and friends to look into opening a cottage bakery. After a lot of prayer and listening to the Lord I decided why not! I have always loved sharing my baked goods with people as a love language and have found so so so much joy in being able to provide a yummy treat for everyone. My goal will always be to serve the Lord in every aspect of my life and that remains true with the bakery! I cannot wait to see where the Lord takes this crazy dream. All of my recipes are old family secrets (just wait for Christmas cookie time) that I have adapted and made my own! This is a dream that I truly never thought would come true but here we are!
