Orders are not reserved until confirmed and deposit/payment is received.

Some orders may require a deposit or full payment at booking.

Rush fees may apply for orders confirmed within 72 hours.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations within 72 hours may incur up to 50% of order total.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 100% of order total.

Date or pickup changes made within these windows may be treated similarly.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are typically not available. If there is ever a significant issue with your order or it does not meet reasonable quality expectations, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
